Our Proven Process
A simple, transparent path to ensure your project's success.
Below are the steps we use to create your website. These are flexible but will give you an idea of what to expect.
Discover & Plan
We start with clarity. A short kickoff uncovers your goals, audience, competitors, and success metrics. From there we map the site, plan content, and choose the right tech—keeping scope realistic and timelines clear.
What we do
- Project brief, sitemap, and user flows
- Content plan (who writes what, when)
- SEO starter brief (priority keywords, page intent)
- Low-fi wireframes for key pages
- Timeline, milestones, and approvals
What we need from you
- Brand assets (logo, colours, fonts)
- Existing copy/images (or a note that you want help)
- Examples of sites you like (and don’t)
- A single decision-maker for sign-off
Design & Develop
We turn the plan into a fast, accessible, responsive site. Design focuses on clarity and conversion; development keeps things lean, secure, and easy to manage. If you need custom functionality (bookings, product configurators, member areas), we build that too.
What we do
- Visual design system (layouts, components, states)
- Mobile-first build with performance budgets
- Accessibility as standard (WCAG-aligned)
- On-page SEO: structure, metadata, schema
- Integrations (forms, analytics, CRM/email)
- Staging link for review and content edits
- Cross-browser/device QA
Your part
- Timely feedback on designs and staging
- Final copy/images (or approve our edits)
Deploy & Grow
Launch is a beginning, not an end. We handle the technical go-live and put the basics in place so the site can earn its keep from day one. Then we iterate based on real data.
What we do
- Production setup on our servers (SSL, caching, backups, monitoring)
- DNS, redirects, and hardening
- Analytics/Goals, Search Console, sitemaps & robots
- Training/handover docs or a quick walk-through
- Post-launch fixes and support
- Ongoing options: content updates, SEO, performance tuning, feature upgrades
Your part
- Final approval and go-live window
- Priorities for the first 90 days (content, SEO, campaigns)
What to expect
Simple brochure site: focused scope, quick turnaround.
Feature-rich build: phased delivery so you’re never waiting on everything to ship at once.
Always: straight talk, no surprises, and a site that works hard for your business.
